"Dirty and unprofessional"

I really don't like criticising small businesses but I am afraid this salon let itself down. It was simple but nicely designed however totally filthy. It had not been swept or dusted for a while. At no point was I asked about my health or skin. I had a leg fax and left sticking to my clothes. The girl was really sweet and obviously had good training and experience but was very slapdash. Appointments were all double booked for only one member of staff. With lovely staff, a good location, pretty decor and excellent qualifications, hopefully this salon will improve after a good clean and a little more organisation. .
