"Disappointing & Dirty"

Had a mother's day groupon voucher bought for me for 3 treatments so chose a massage, manicure and eyebrow wax. Massage was ok but can't say that I actually felt relaxed afterwards. The massage table is very high and felt like I needed a step or ladder to get on the table - am only 5'. Had a blanket (30 degrees outside) to cover up my modesty which was full of spiky hair and I expect other bodily bits from other customers. Manicure was ok but smudged within hours (I'm always very careful after having nails painted). Eyebrow WAX - therapist wasn't confident enough to wax so just put a little strip of wax on and then plucked the rest. Not impressed at all. The best bit was when she handed me the mirror to have a look which was cracked and filthy dirty. The place needs a good clean through - doesn't cost anything to keep your working environment clean. Won't be going again..
